Investment Policy 
• Equity and / or quasi-equity investments in private limited companies
• Debt investments into existing portfolio companies
• Target holding period of 7+ years
• Initial investment range of INR 10 lacs (~US$20,000) to INR 2 Crore (~US$500,000); will consider follow on investments up to 20% of the total fund.
• Exit options include trade sale, promoter buyback, merger & acquisition, or innovative agreements
• Responsible portfolio diversification
• Minimum 75% of investments made in equity
